Dear colleagues, members and non-members of MASSEE,

We have the pleasure to inform you that the Cyprus Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Society of South-Eastern Europe are organizing the 39th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad – BMO 2022. The 39th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad – BMO 2022 is planned to be organized with physical presence, in Agros, Cyprus from 4 to 9 May 2022. The Host Organizer of the Olympiad is the Cyprus Mathematical Society (CYMS). The contest will take place on Friday, 6 of May 2022.

On behalf of the Cyprus Mathematical Society and the BMO 2022 Organizing Committee, we kindly invite your country to participate in BMO 2022 with a team of up to six students, a leader and a deputy leader. Students must have been born after 9 May 2002 and must be secondary school students.

The participation fee for the non member country participants in BMO 2022, will be decided by the Cyprus Math Society Board and will be indicated in the next announcement.

The deadline to express your interest is 11 February 2022.

More information regarding BMO 2022 will be send to you at a later stage. You will be able to find information soon in the sites www.cms.org.cy and www.massee-org.eu.
