STUDENT CATALOGS AND INFORMATION FOR THE 22nd CYPRUS MATHEMATICAL OLYMPIAD 2021

22nd Cyprus Mathematical Olympiad

The Cyprus Mathematical Society announces below the students who have registered and will participate in the 22nd Cyprus Mathematical Olympiad 2021, to be held on Sunday 11 April 2021.

The students are announced by District and in alphabetical order.

In order for the students to participate in the Cyprus Mathematical Olympiad, they need to write on a piece of paper all their participation information, as shown in the catalogs below, and go to the exam with that paper.

(CODE, SURNAME, NAME, CLASS, DISTRICT, SCHOOL, COMPETITION DATE, EXAM CENTER, TIME, ROOM)

Students must have with them their Identification card or passport or birth certificate (for the primary school students who do not have an ID), in order to be able to check their identity.

Due to the special circumstances with the Covid-19 virus, we ask you to read carefully below the instrunctions and the special Security and Health Protocol for the organization of the Cyprus Mathematical Olympiad.

HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EXAM

In order to ensure the best conditions for Safety and Health, both for the students and for the people who will be working for the execution of the examination, parents are kindly requested to comply with the instructions of the coordinators of the examination centers. Parents will not be allowed to enter the examination areas. Parents may accompany their kids upto the exam center entrance, which may be the entrance of the school or a special place that will be indicated. Parents will be able to receive the students after the end of the competition from the same place they dropped them.

All candidates should be at the EXAM CENTER 30 minutes earlier and in the exam room 20 minutes prior to the examination.
It is mandatory for the students of the Primary School to wear a mask during their movement to and from the examination rooms. They can remove their mask when they enter the examination room and take their sit. (It is recommended to wear the mask inside the examination room)
It is mandatory for all the students of the Gymnasium and Lyceum to wear a mask inside and outside the examination rooms.
All Gymnasium and Lyceum students (Grades 7-12), have to present to the test center a negative rapid test result in order to be able to attend the exam.
The students body temperature will be measured upon entering the Examination Center.

We would like to inform you that there will be no cafeteria in the examination centers, so it would be good for the students to have a bottle of water with them.
