ORANIZATION OF THE POSTPONED PANCYPRIAN MATHEMATICS COMPETITION 2020-2021
The Cyprus Mathematical Society Board, announces the organization of the portponed Pancyprian Mathematics Competition for the school year 2020-2021.
The new date for the Pancyprian Mathematics Competition is set for Sunday, February 28, 2021, at the same examination centers and at the same exam hours.
Exam Hours:
- 5th and 6th Grade Primary School - Exam hours: 09:30 – 11:30
- Gymnasium and Lyceum (7th to 12th Grade) - Exam hours: 09:30 – 12:30
Exam Centers:
Nicosia - Latsia Lyceum
Limassol - Polemidia Lyceum
Larnaka - Verginas Lyceum
Famagusta - Paralimni Lyceum
Paphos - Agios Neofytos Lyceum
Students who have the right to participate in the Competition are the ones announced in the post for the Regional Competition Results. To see the announcement click HERE.
During the exam, as well as during the entry and exit of students in the examination centers, the rules of Safety and Health Protocol, valid during the day of the exam, will be applied.
- It is mandatory for the students of the Gymnasium and Lyceum to wear a mask inside and outside the examination rooms.
- It is mandatory for the students of the Primary School to wear a mask during their movement to and from the examination rooms. They can remove their mask when they enter the examination room and take their sit. (It is recommended to wear the mask inside the examination room)
- The students body temperature will be measured upon entering the Examination Center.
- The contestants will enter the examination center alone, without being accompanied by their parents. The organizers will direct students to their examination room.
- Parents will be waiting outside the school/examination center.
